Stress Management

Stress is a normal, natural response to change. The right amount is essential to motivate us to act and actually improves our immune system. Too much stress, however can be harmful.

People who experience unhelpful, high levels of stress have found it useful to understand the function of stress and its effects

Have you noticed how different people respond differently to the same situation? One person can get overly stressed in a situation that another person feels comfortable with.

Our response to stressful situations is a learnt response, I can help you to respond differently to situations which used to be stressful. Reducing the harmful stress in your life is easy when you learn to relax and feel more comfortable in different situations.

There are some helpful tips on the rest and relaxation page.

Besides working to reduce stress for individuals on a one to one basis, I also provide Stress Reduction Training for organisations.
