I
went to see Michael to receive hypnotherapy to stop smoking. I was a
little dubious about how successful this was going to be, but thought
what have I got to lose!! I am glad to say that that feeling was completely
unfounded.
Michael
made me feel completely at ease, prior to the hypnotherapy we talked
about my smoking patterns and how it made me feel. The whole process
took approximately an hour and a half and was very calming and relaxing.
That was 3 months ago, I have not once been tempted to smoke, the thought
has never entered my mind. I feel like the dark cloud has gone from
above my head and I have Michael to thank for that. My life is so much
better now I don’t have the need to pollute my body. I would highly
recommend Michael’s approach to stop smoking. I am a little annoyed
that it took me so long to Stop smoking, when it has been so easy to
do.

'I
arrived for the session and Mike immediately put me at ease. …At
the end of the session Mike did some hypnotherapy with me and when this
ended I felt much better – what I thought was about 10 or 15 minutes
was in fact an hour! I felt lighter than I had for a long time and when
I checked myself in the mirror I could also see a difference in my face.
I
have not looked back since this session. I am still using the tips he
gave me and I would advocate using this session to anyone who is having
difficulty managing the stress in their lives. I think my friends and
family must be getting sick of hearing about it but it really made a
difference and I can’t recommend it strongly enough.

showed a genuine interest in helping me and obviously has a good knowledge
of the manifestations involved with stress and the mechanisms for coping
with the stresses we inevitably experience in our lives. I greatly appreciate
